Velyxa provides AI-powered image generation services for creating influencer content. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are prohibited from using the Service to:

• Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to manipulate or bypass content safety filters

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Tokens

Velyxa operates on a token-based system. Tokens are purchased through our payment processor and are non-refundable except as required by law.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the AI-generated images created using your account. However, you grant Velyxa a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Velyxa platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Content Moderation

We use AI-powered content validation to ensure all generated content complies with our policies. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our content guidelines without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velyxa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
